Abstract

The manuscript presents a conceptual framework and methodology for a digital platform titled "AAPNA Library: A Web Application for the Exchange and Lending of Pre-Owned Books," which is potentially formulated to disseminate information regarding literary works that are anticipated to be contributed by various individuals and to facilitate the identification of a venue where these literary works can be accessed by users in need. The web application will uphold comprehensive databases of contributed literature, which may encompass academic textbooks, reference materials, books pertinent to competitive examinations, and so forth. A multitude of underprivileged students stand to gain from this digital initiative.
